The following is a collection of roughly forty pictures that were taken during the trip to New York City. The first set of images were taken by my father during the broadcast of Good Morning America. The second group of photos are images that I took while I explored some of the landmarks in the city. Last, but not least, are five screen caps of me and my family greeting Mariah at the Best Buy CD signing. Except where noted, all photographs are property of this web site.

The Good Morning America concert in Times Square, viewed worldwide by 22 million people, signaled the release of Mariah Carey's new album, The Emancipation of Mimi. The appearance catipulted the album to sell over 400,000 copies and debut at #1 in its first week of release. At the concert, Carey also debut her record-breaking 16th Billboard #1 hit, We Belong Together. Smashing radio records, this song reaffirmed the position of Carey's legendary career with the likes of Elvis and The Beatles.
